Boo enjoys complaining about everything and anything. He would argue with his fur mom and sometimes interrupt her when she is speaking. He would create weird sounds when he has something to say. If any human attempted to ignore her, he would insist on drawing their attention to himself by constantly complaining.
This dog is so funny. He may be small, yet he desired to control everyone and everything.
A woman named Leslie Bird learned about the dog via a mutual acquaintance. The only puppy in the litter to be born with a cleft palate was Boo. The owner wanted to give Boo to Leslie so that he may have a fighting chance at life.
Boo was no exception to the rule that cleft-palate-born puppies can develop difficulties. Leslie rushed him to the animal hospital when she observed that he was not breathing. As it turned out, he developed aspiration pneumonia, which was extremely prevalent in cleft-palate canines. Boo needed to remain in the hospital for over a week.
Boo was so little when they brought him home, but after a couple of weeks, he began to gain strength and grow a bit. His cheeky attitude then emerged. He was willing to do anything to garner everyone’s attention.
When Leslie saw him doing something he knew he shouldn’t have, he pretended to be innocent. His favorite game was making it nearly impossible for Leslie to find him by running and hiding. Therefore, Leslie gave him a collar with a bell.
Soon, Boo had a new roommate. Leslie was contacted by a veterinarian regarding another dog with a cleft palate and asked to pick him up.
Soon after, Boo began to protest to his mother. He did not want a roommate, but he had no choice, so he began to accept Po, who was his new roommate.
Po would follow Boo and mimic his every action. He even heard Boo’s cries of complaint and would even try to emulate that.
