Clover, the Maremma mix dog, has saved her owner who had a seizure while they were on their daily morning walk. And her heroic act was caught on tape!
Haley Moore, Clover’s owner, was surprised when she woke up in an ambulance. She explained that she only remembered walking Clover around their block like what they usually do every morning.
After Haley passed out, it was seen in the video that Clover got confused but alert. She barked and walked around Haley, trying to wake the girl. Unfortunately, the barking didn’t work.
Good thing, one of their neighbors was driving to work at that time. Dryden Oatway was leaving for work when Clover stopped him in his car, clearly asking for help.
According to him, it was hard to miss the Maremma mixed dog, given its size, so he stopped. Then, he noticed that Haley was lying face down on the ground on the side.
At first, Dryden was a bit cautious because he does not know if Haley is responsive. Moreover, it looked like Clover was a bit confused with the whole situation.
However, the dog is determined to find help for its owner. So Clover backed off and just barked at him at a distance. Knowing that this another human could potentially help her sister.
Haley’s mom, Diane Moore, was very thankful for their dog. Clover doing what she did, going in front of a car to get attention for Haley, was a huge thing for Diane.
She never thought that their dog could make such a wonderful gesture for her daughter. Also, she thinks that their dog knows how to take care of her sister.
As for Haley, she is forever thankful to Clover. Their bond is now stronger than ever. She will always be thankful for her white big fluffy dog.
