When Rosy was only a few months old, she found herself right in the middle of a flea market. She was initially unsure of the commotion and noise happening around her, but she quickly adapted to her surroundings.
Rosy’s only home was the market, and the merchants were her only family members. She had to beg for food at first, but soon, she was no longer required to do so. The owners of the stalls fed her so that she would not starve.
In a way, the dog’s life was okay. But one day, she appeared with a foul-smelling wound on her ear. It was a small wound but it was festering, and she needed immediate medical attention.
Fortunately for the dog, one of the stall owners called for assistance, and rescuers from the nonprofit organization Love Furry Friends responded immediately. However, because the market was closed when they arrived, no one could tell them where they could find the dog. They were compelled to investigate the entire area because they had no idea where Rosy may be.
A quarter of an hour passed swiftly, but the rescuers were still unable to locate the dog. They searched each alley but found no trace of her. In the end, they encountered some sweepers and learned from them where the dog typically stayed.
Rosy and her rescuers finally met. They were delighted to see her, and she was ecstatic to finally meet them. She greeted them with a wagging tail and an enormous grin. She knew that they had come to help her, and she was right.
At the veterinarian’s office, it was found out that the wound on her ear was caused by an improperly fitted tag, indicating that she had been spayed previously. It did not heal properly, causing irritation that rapidly developed into a terrible wound. In addition, they realized that the spaying procedure had been performed improperly, necessitating a second operation.
Rosy recovered quickly and accompanied her rescuers to the shelter. She spent a wonderful time with them, but she had to leave because she had found her permanent home. She finally found the family she had searched for so long.
